• Parent On-Road Driver Training
Students and Parents/Legal Guardians in rural districts or districts without a Driver Education program qualify for Idaho Code 49-307 (HB 531) Parent On-Road Driver Training. Parents with a clean driving record are permitted to teach the driving portion of the Driver Education course. Students must enroll in and complete the Idaho Digital Learning Alliance Driver Education (IDLA) class.

As with all IDLA classes, Driver’s Education classes must be registered through the Site Coordinator (typically a school counselor) at your local school district. IDLA is unable to register students directly. If you have difficulties locating the Site Coordinator, please contact the IDLA office directly at 208-342-0207 or email support@idla.org
