NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
School starts on August 12, 2024
Your student is considered a new student if:
- They have never been enrolled in the Mountain Home School District
- They were enrolled in the Mountain Home School District but were withdrawn or moved prior to the last day of the previous school year.
- If you enroll for next school year (2024-2025) and your child is not currently enrolled, they are considered a new student for next year.
Starting the New Student Registration Process
All students considered new will need to start the new student enrollment process by filling out our Pre-Registration form, found here. This form will collect the minimum contact and demographic information for each student being enrolled in the district.
If your family is new to our District and you have multiple students, you will need to fill out the New Student Registration Form for each new student. Once each student registration is approved, you'll be able to combine them into one Powerschool Parent Portal Account. Watch the video below for information on the process.
-
Continuing the New Student Registration Process
Once you have completed the Pre-Registration form, you'll receive an email confirming it has been received. At that point you are considered Pre-Registered, and may be contacted by your school for more information.
Once your information has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming your registration, along with next steps to create your Powerschool Account, log into the Powerschool Parent Portal, and complete the necessary registration forms.
