Parents may complete the registration process in the Portal as normal, but must first contact the gaining school to notify the office of the transfer. Parents are also responsible for following up with the gaining school to make sure records have been transferred prior to the start of school. An Open Enrollment/Out-of-Zone form is required, which can now be found in the Powerschool Parent Portal, under Forms > General Forms.
Note: Should enrollment at one of the elementary schools exceed the appropriate numbers of students per grade, Out-of-Zone students will be transferred back to their home zone elementary school according to the date the student applied for the Out-of-Zone authorization.
